The charming decor and cozy ambiance of the hotel made it a perfect place for senior guests like myself. The tasteful furnishings and beautiful lake view from the terrace were simply lovely. The common areas were easily accessible and provided ample space for relaxation and socializing. The children working there were always polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all.
While everything was wonderful, I would have appreciated some additional amenities for senior guests, such as grab bars in the bathrooms or non-slip mats in the showers. These small touches would have made our vacation even more comfortable and safe.

We arrived at the villa and were met by Sara. She was extremely helpful and showed us around. The villa itself is in an amazing location with 5star views. It is in a very quiet part of the area but a short walk to all the amenities ie ferry, shop. There is plenty of parking and we especially like the covered, gated car port, a necessity in the heat! The villa is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It is light and airy with an amazing sound system. We booked as a result of the reviews on this site and we were not disappointed! Will definately go back!!
The dishwasher was broken during our stay but considering we ate out a majority of the time this did not bother us too much. An engineer attended during our stay and took the dishwasher away but for the inconvenience we were rewarded with a free meal out at the nearby Grand Hotel Cadenabbia!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and modern villa in Cadenabbia. It easily accommodated our family of five and had all the conveniences we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a power shower and whirlpool bath. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

Villa Niccolo was a very nice accomodation during our stay at Lake Como. Villa is spacious, it has a nice view to the lake and it is very comfortably furnished. There is a good kitchen with all you can possibly need so you can prepare meals there if you like to. We travelled with a baby so washing machine was useful too.
Jacuzzi did not work during our stay. A highchair for a baby would be a very useful thing in this kind of family villa.

The view from the apartment is extraordinary. The walk up the driveway can be a workout but well worth it. Excellent location and very spacious. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Villa Niccolo for a few days and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, tucked away from the main road with minimal traffic. The villa itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and a fantastic view from the balcony. The covered terrace and spacious dining area were perfect for enjoying meals, and we appreciated the detailed directions and information provided. There's only one real "double" room (the others are twin or single, plus an open double bed in the loft, without a door or curtains).

Great location. Well equipped, stunning view of the Lake and a lovely area for exploring by boat or foot. We loved our stay here even though it was mid winter. Warm and great for relaxing inside after our expeditions.

The view from the balcony was out of this world. We spent hours just chilling there, taking in the breathtaking scenery. Plus, the location was perfect. We were able to explore the nearby towns of Menaggio and Bellagio, which were both super cool. We had such a blast partying and hanging out with our friends in this beautiful villa.
The only thing we wished for was a better sound system or a DJ setup in the villa. We love to blast our favorite tunes and have epic dance parties.

Wonderful situation over lake Como with a 150meter walk to the Lake and top views of the mountains to the east and Bellagio/Varenna.Met and helped by Sara who attended to our every need in a very pleasant, efficient and courteous way.The apartment was just perfect- spacious and well planned for 4 of us but could just as easily have accomodated 6-7 in comfort. Access to everything was most convenient and we enjoyed many local meals though we were able to do as much home cooking as we wished. Car parking off street was most useful. In all a superb holiday home in a superb Villa in the best position.
Only suggestion is that the photos in the Booked.net site did not do the property justice-it was so much better-more spacious and light through the french doors was superb. More written instructions regarding the electronic and electric equipment would have helped(oven,TV and cd player).
